But for me, slowing down doesn’t bring peace — it brings depression.

That’s why this April, in honor of Stress Awareness Month, I’m hosting a very real, very personal 1-hour webinar where I’ll share my truth: Stress isn’t always the enemy. Sometimes, it’s the medicine.

I’ll walk you through the different types of stress — the harmful kind, yes, but also the kind that fuels us, focuses us, and keeps us going when everything else tries to pull us down. It’s called eustress, and for people like me, it can be a lifeline.
