What’s the difference between Live Online and On-Demand training programs?

Our Live Online programs are taught in real time via Zoom, with full instructor interaction, live Q&A, and class participation. You’ll receive a printed workbook by mail and enjoy a classroom-style experience from the comfort of your home or office.

Our On-Demand programs are pre-recorded and self-paced, allowing you to start anytime and learn at your convenience. You’ll have 12 months of access to all course materials, which are delivered digitally.

Are your training programs approved for recertification credits?

Yes. Most of our courses are pre-approved for:

Do I receive a certificate after completing the program?

How long do I have access to On-Demand training courses?

You’ll have 12 months of access to all On-Demand course materials, including recordings, slides, and templates, starting from your enrollment date.

Do you offer HR certification prep for PHR®, SPHR®, SHRM-CP®, and SHRM-SCP®?

Yes! Our 6-Week HR Certification Boot Camp is designed to help you pass any major HRCI or SHRM exam. With a 99% first-time pass rate, it’s one of our most in-demand programs.

How do I register for a course?

To register for your desired course, simply purchase the course here on our website and you will be automatically registered.

For OnDemand courses, you can access the training and materials under MY ACCOUNT at your convenience for 12 months from purchase.

For Live courses, you will receive an email with details and can also access your training and materials once the course begins under MY ACCOUNT.

Can I retake a program for a refresher or extra support?

Yes! If you completed a Live Online course, you can retake it within 12 months at no additional cost. Please email us at [email protected] to register for your refresher access.

For an OnDemand course, you have access to the materials and training for 12 months from date of purchase.

Can I upgrade from On-Demand to Live Online training?

Yes. If you start with an On-Demand course and decide to switch to a Live Online session, we’ll apply your previous payment toward the full cost of the Live Online program.

Do I need prior HR experience to enroll?

No experience required! Our programs are designed for both beginners and experienced HR professionals. The training is practical, clear, and immediately applicable.

Do you offer in-person or 1:1 HR training sessions?

Yes. Select programs are offered in person at our training center in Simpsonville, South Carolina. These sessions include face-to-face coaching, small group interaction, and a focused learning environment.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes! We offer 20% off for groups of three or more.

What’s included with course registration?

All registrations include:
– Course workbook (printed for Live Online, digital for OnDemand)

Can I enroll in more than one program at a time?

Yes. Many students take multiple courses at once or back-to-back to deepen their HR knowledge. You can mix and match based on your career goals and schedule.

What if I miss a session in a Live Online program?

Don’t worry! All sessions are recorded and uploaded the next day. You’ll have 30 days of replay access to review any missed content.

Are your programs approved for the WIOA Program?

Yes. We’re listed on the Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) for the following South Carolina regions:
– Upstate Workforce Board
– WorkLink
– Pee Dee
– Trident

More regions are in process and will be rolling out in the coming months.

Can I use my WIOA voucher to enroll?

Yes. Once approved through your local SC Works office, we coordinate directly with your workforce board to complete your enrollment. No out-of-pocket cost to you.

Are your programs approved for GI Bill® or VA education benefits?

Yes. As of April 1, 2025, we’re approved by the South Carolina State Approving Agency (SC SAA) for VA education benefits. Facility Code: 4-6-P002-40.

Eligible veterans and dependents can use their GI Bill® benefits for approved programs. Visit va.gov or call 888-442-4551 for assistance.

Are your programs compliant with South Carolina Commission on Higher Education (CHE) regulations?

Yes. We are fully licensed by the SC Commission on Higher Education, and all programs meet their requirements for professional training.
