Schedule:
- Fridays from 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM Eastern Time (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM Pacific Time)
- 12 Weeks | 2 Hours per Week | Total 24 Hours
In today’s construction and trade industries, clear communication saves time, money, and lives. With a significant portion of the workforce speaking Spanish as their first language, being able to give instructions, discuss safety issues, and build trust in Spanish is no longer optional — it’s essential. This 12-week live, instructor-led Spanish program has been specifically designed for supervisors, foremen, project managers, and industry leaders who work side-by-side with Spanish-speaking employees.
This is not a traditional academic Spanish course. Each session focuses on real-world jobsite communication: issuing directions, discussing hazards, providing feedback, and motivating your team. Participants will engage in live speaking practice, interactive roleplays, and situational vocabulary activities that reflect actual workplace scenarios — all designed to develop confidence and competence, not just memorization.
By the end of the program, participants will not only be able to conduct short conversations with Spanish-speaking employees without the need for translation apps, but they’ll also understand key cultural insights that strengthen teamwork, morale, and leadership effectiveness. This course provides both the language skills and the human connection that help organizations thrive in a multilingual work environment.
